The Challenges of Teaching New Generation of Students

As teachers we are facing a great challenge inside the classrooms, especially with teenagers who are building their identity sorrounded by technology impact. Students' misbehaviour and lack of respect are relevant issues that cannot be avoided in any sense. Although sometimes we feel like giving up, I strongly believe there is always something we can do about it.

We might try to pay attention to what our students need of us, because maybe we have to change the focus of attention in our lessons. Every group is different as well as each individual is different. Nobody told us it was easy, but if we work cooperatively with other teachers in order to find possible solutions or at least other ways of facing these challenges, I am sure we can make the change.
